Cancellations & Refunds

Since all products are made to order, once ordered, we do not offer any refunds.

We do however entertain amendments to orders up to 72 hours before the date and time of delivery. Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received ( if supported by the relevant payment gateway), within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.

If for any reason we are unable to complete your order, we will contact you and ask you to amend your order. We are committed to offering quality products that guarantee our client’s satisfaction.
